Data Deletion Instructions

Your request will be completed within 30 days; we will notify you by email when it is done.
You can request deletion of the data we hold in BunnyAds at any time. Data controller: OSA DİJİTAL İNTERNET VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
1. Request account & data deletion
Send an email to iletisim@bunnyads.com from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". Within 30 days of your request, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your account and profile data (name, phone, email)
- Your brand and onboarding records
- Your Meta access tokens (stored encrypted; fully deleted)
- Copies of advertising/performance data we retrieved
2. Remove the Meta (Facebook) connection yourself
You can revoke the app's access to your Meta account at any time: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → BunnyAds → Remove. Once removed, the app stops retrieving new data.
3. After deletion
When deletion is complete, your data is removed from our systems and backups; records that must be retained by law are kept only for the period required by applicable regulations. We notify you by email when the process is complete.
