These terms govern the use of BunnyAds (app.bunnyads.com). By using the service you accept these terms. Service provider: OSA DİJİTAL İNTERNET VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
1. The Service
BunnyAds is a software tool for creating, managing and reporting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and for publishing a brand's own social media content. BunnyAds is an independent product; it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Ad delivery and content publishing are subject to Meta's own review processes and platform policies.
2. Account & Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account.
- You represent that you have the necessary permissions on the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and Business Manager assets you connect.
- You represent that you own the rights to the content (images, video, text) you upload or publish, and that it does not violate third-party rights.
- You may not create or publish content that is misleading, unlawful, or in violation of Meta Advertising Policies; you may not use the service in violation of laws or Meta Platform Policies.
3. Use of Meta Permissions & Data
BunnyAds uses the permissions you grant through Meta's official authorization flow only to provide the service to you: creating and managing ads, performance reporting, catalog management and content publishing. No ad is published and no content is posted without your approval. Data accessed through these permissions (ad metrics, Page and Instagram content, account information) is never sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. 4. Ad Spend
Ad budgets and spend occur directly through your own Meta ad account. BunnyAds is a management tool; you are responsible for your ad spend and its results.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, design and content of the service belong to OSA DİJİTAL İNTERNET VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The BunnyAds name and logo are protected trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for Meta API outages, third-party service issues, or indirect damages related to ad performance or publishing approvals. Mandatory legal rights are reserved.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time (see Data Deletion). Access may be suspended or terminated in case of violations of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the current terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
